Mr. Rajeev Kharbanda is Independent Director and Chairman of the Company. He has over 18 years of vast Experience in automobile dealing and Property development.

Mr. Praful Hande is Non Executive / Independent Director of the Company. He has completed his Diploma in software engineering and has vast experience in the field of Computer and Telecom Industry with specialization in Networking.

Mr. Ankur Kampani is Non Executive /Non Independent Director of the Company. He is commerce graduate and has over 18 years of experience in importing Engineering Tools and Lifting tackles.

Mr. Ravindra Sharma is the CFO of the Company. He is a Commerce Graduate and has vast experience in the field on Finance, Accounts and Taxation.

Mr. Mustafa Badami Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. He is an Associate Member of ICSI having work experience of around 6 years in the field of secretarial work, corporate laws, SEBI and IRDAI compliances, RBI/FEMA compliances and liasoning with the Government Authorities.
