Amalgamation Of Yuvraaj Hygiene Industries Private Ltd. (Yhipl) With The Company

Yuvraaj Hygiene Industries Private Limited was amalgamated with the Company, pursuant to the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, judicature at Bombay vide its order dated 24th February, 2012. The amalgamation has become effective w.e.f.16th March, 2012 upon filling of the copy of order with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 31st March, 2012 has issued and allotted the 6,21,00,006 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each of the Company to the Shareholders of erstwhile Yuvraaj Hygiene Industries Private Limited as per the Scheme of Amalgamation.
