Overview
At HIC, we sell household cleaning products, including mops, wipers, floor cleaners, bathroom cleaning tools, and kitchen cleaning tools. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some personal care items

Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:

  • Items that are opened, damaged, or not in their original condition

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.

  • Contact your bank if needed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product, email us at info@hic.in and send your item to: A – 650, TTC, M.I.D.C Mahape, Navi Mumbai – 400 705.


Gifts

  • If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: A – 650, TTC, M.I.D.C Mahape, Navi Mumbai – 400 705.

  • You are responsible for your own shipping costs; these are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

  • For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
